As Architect of Record (AOR), we develop the design, create the permit and construction documents, and coordinate with the owner and contractor during construction. In addition to designing projects with our in-house design team, we also provide Executive Design services where we work with interior designers or outside architects to provide technical and local building expertise needed to deliver specialize projects.

As part of our commitment to deliver quality buildings, NCA Studio provides project management and owners representation services to monitor and coordinate budgets, schedules, consultant teams and maintain key milestones. NCA studio has a strong portfolio of project management with expertise in hospitality, broadcast media, and other high performing projects.
