Spanish style residence with breath taking views of the Riverside hills. The renovation and addition transformed the original house from an inwardly focused residence into one that engages the exterior spaces, and blurs the lines between interior and exterior. New full height windows and doors were strategically placed to emphasize the central axis and expand the main living spaces outwards.

These design changes combined with the exterior shade canopies brought views in and expanded the living spaces out onto the spacious property.

In addition to the renovation, NCA Studio designed the game room addition, exterior canopies and poolside pavilion. These elements converted a rarely used yard into a beautiful and comfortable living,
dining and play area; perfect for entertaining and family activities. The exposed wood canopy tied into the existing house details and provides the much needed relief from the summer sun.
