As the one of the industry leaders in augmented reality, Magic Leap experienced tremendous growth and quickly needed a new headquarters to house their technology labs, manufacturing and office spaces. In collaboration with Barbara Bestor Architecture, NCA Studio lead the programming phase to quickly identify the space needs for this new headquarter.

Through detailed interviews, data gathering, and program analysis, NCA Studio quickly identified the project goals, adjacencies, space typologies, room requirements, projected growth and square footage projections. This was then compiled into an architectural program summary that identified all qualitative and quantitative space needs for this innovative facility.
