As one of LA’s largest tech companies, Snap Inc experienced a rapid expansion and quickly outgrew the available office space in the beach town of Venice CA. When Snap Inc decided to move the majority of their staff out of Venice and to the Santa Monica Airport office park, they needed a clear understanding of their what their architectural space and program needs in order to understand what needed to go into the architectural design.

In collaboration with Barbara Bestor Architecture, NCA Studio used their extensive programming expertise to lead the programming phase interviews, data collection and analysis, and develop a program document that identified project goals, key department adjacencies, space typologies, room requirements, and square footage projections.
