The design celebrates traditional Italian restaurant culture through a bright palette of green, red, and white, refined for its modern urban setting. Custom tile mosaics, steel-framed windows, and green lacquer counter panels create visual warmth while maintaining an honest, approachable aesthetic. Every detail—from materials to layout—was chosen to welcome food lovers and foster connection.
Central to the design is transparency and craft. Full-height steel windows showcase the dough-making process, inviting guests to witness the artistry of hand-stretched dough, fresh ingredients, and pizzas baking to perfection. This openness breaks down barriers between kitchen and dining area, creating an authentic sense of participation in the culinary tradition.
Working closely with Chef Daniel Holzman, NCA Studio designed a highly efficient layout that prioritizes both operational flow and guest experience. The result is a space that feels both familiar and fresh—a true neighborhood spot where people naturally gather around great pizza and genuine hospitality.
